What the Heck Just Happened...?
In October of 2022, we were listening to club attorney, Ed Hershon, help us understand (and celebrate) the August 2022, U.S. Supreme Court Decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc., et al., Petitioners v. Kevin P. Bruen, in His Official Capacity as Superintendent of New York State Police, et al., Otherwise known as "THE BRUEN" decision.
…but now, just a few short months later, it seems like we’re experiencing an all-out assault and backlash on 2A rights.
Not just the recent policy making by the ATF with regards to Pistol Braces, but other numerous proposed new regulations and restrictions at the Federal State and Local (Municipal) level.
Maryland not only has a new Governor, but also a new Attorney General and the Maryland Legislature seems geared up to start passing laws that may infringe on your Constitutional Rights, even more.
In other words, we need to have ANOTHER Evening with our favorite 2A Attorney, and fellow club member, Ed Hershon!
as we discuss what’s happened since Bruen, and what’s on the immediate horizon that gun owners need to know.
